The Double Sided Ortho Ultra Firm Mattress has a helical laced 336 innerspring core that is foam encased. Foam encasement allows for a greater sleeping surface. It contains internally made Wolf bonded posture pad for extra support. Contains layers of foam for comfort. Contains pressure relieving convoluted foam in the quilt. It provides firm support and is 10″” high +/- .75″”. It is covered in a luxury stretch knit quilt fabric for conforming comfort. Made in the USA!
