These terms of use govern your use of findmattress.com (the "site"), operated by FindMattress ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site provides

FindMattress offers a mattress-matching quiz, buying guides, mattress profiles, comparisons and related content to help you shop for a mattress. The site is for general information only. We don't sell mattresses, and we're not a party to any purchase you make from a brand or retailer.

Information is not professional advice

Our content is not medical advice. If you have back pain, joint pain or another health condition, talk to a doctor or physical therapist before relying on any product to help. Mattress comfort is personal, and a mattress that suits most people may not suit you.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep our information accurate and up to date, and each page shows when its data was last checked. But prices, promotions, trial periods, warranties and product details change often, sometimes daily, and sources can disagree. We don't guarantee that any information on the site is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm prices and terms with the seller before you buy.

Our descriptions are based on manufacturer information and independent testers' published findings, as explained on our methodology page. We haven't physically tested every mattress on the site.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

The site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate links that may earn us a commission. See our affiliate disclosure. We don't control third-party websites and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices, policies or practices. Your purchases, returns, warranty claims and other dealings with brands and retailers are solely between you and them.

Using our content

The site's content, including text, graphics, ratings, data compilations, tools and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may link to our pages. You may not:

• Copy, republish or sell substantial portions of our content without permission
• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the site by automated means, except for standard search engine indexing
• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Brand names, product names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. Their use doesn't imply endorsement of us by them.

If you send us feedback, corrections or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the site without obligation to you. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMattress and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of money, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any product or service you buy from a third party, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FindMattress harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which FindMattress is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
